Well, I think I'm gonna Camo Peaches Jeep while she is gone whistle.gif :sneak: . It needs a paint job anyway so for the time being I think I will try it out. If memory serves, I think I can buy the paint from Wal-Mart. What colors should I go with, black & green w/her brown mixed in since her top/Jeep is brown already. I might have to use palmetto/oak branches cause she likes that.

I'll post before, during & after pics.

Before:

P.S. Any tips?
P.P.S. The chrome rear & side bars R coming off but I have to wait until I make the front bumper. A friend of mine is a welder & I'm gonna trade the chrome accessories for the time to weld etc.

Front Bumper:

Now this is not really completed, I still have to get the bumpers done. The paint job was easy, three cans from Wal-Mart & some foliage from around the place & here's what U get. Oh, & no sanding required. :rof:

P.S. I really need to add more to the gaps but time was short.
P.P.S. I removed the side nurf bars & the rear bumper, the front bumper will be replaced in two weeks.

After:

Ok I added more paint/leaf out lines & touched up the hood to get rid of some of the black.

The flash was on so it brightened up the pics a little.

OK, I installed a stock CJ front bumper to get rid of the chrome one she had. The base paint is Military OD green (I forget the number) & as U can see it is darker than the front fenders. She is thinking now that she wants to paint the Jeep Military OD & then have me spray the patterns on it banghead.gif , see what I started. Anyway, she is HAPPY :biggrin1: & likes it, thank goodness.

Here are some pics of the finished front bumper & door handles w/some on lookers to the job. The pictures were taken w/a flash.

Jim, if you decide to repaint the whole thing with military OD, call me. I'll hook you up with a gallon for around thirty bucks and you can spray a whole new coat of base on it before painting your patterns with those spray cans.

You know who I am.
