Take a bulb out and the number should be stamped on the base.

My parts list for an 84 shows Fuel and temp and Speedometer illumination is the same bulb #53. 3 places
I'll have to check on the rest but I'm pretty sure the TS and 4wd and brake light are also #53 but I'll have to double check.
the #1445 seems to draw a little more power .12 amps vs .135 amps but last twice as long as a #53 bulb.

update #1893 is used in the 4wd light on the speedo and for the brake light in the speedo. I'm suprized but that what the parts manual lists. Don't put these bulbs in the illumination plugs as there is a filter over these bulbs and you will melt it with the longer bulb.

I assume that the HI beam and TS indicators are #53 but I can't see why you could not use either bulb. The parts manual shows this bulb used in single wire sockets on the speedo but there is no filter like used on the general illumination sockets.
The tach and oil and volt meter list
#53 , #158 and #1816 .
I quess you will have to see what socket you have. There were two different depth gauges used, 1" and 2" deep. That may explain the difference in the length of the bulb but I never saw anything but a bayonet socket.

I can't find a listing for a #51 and a #55 bulb is a 6 volt lamp drawing 5 times the current. That could melt something putting it in a 14 volt system. Maybe that's a MOPAR number or 1986 jeeps were different but if you buy this bulb any place else you will get a 6 volt bulb. .
